Design Process
Research & Understanding
I explored how target users, including business owners, project managers, and clients, search for and evaluate web development, software, mobile app, and cloud services. By analyzing competitor websites and user feedback, I identified what works well and what could be improved. This highlighted the importance of clear information, professional presentation, and easy navigation. The website was designed to be modern, trustworthy, and user-friendly, providing a smooth experience for exploring RadmanSoft’s services.
Persona & Ideation
After gathering insights, I created two main personas: one representing business owners and project managers looking for digital solutions, and another representing clients seeking web, software, mobile app, and cloud services. These personas helped me understand each group’s specific needs. For example, making it easy for business users to find detailed service information quickly, and ensuring that clients can navigate the website effortlessly to explore RadmanSoft’s solutions and contact the company with ease.
Wireframing & UI Design
After planning the overall structure, I mapped out the user flows and created wireframes to make sure that navigating the website was intuitive for both business users and clients. In the visual design phase using Figma, I focused on crafting a modern and professional interface with a technology-inspired color palette, clean typography, and organized layouts. The goal was to make the website easy to navigate, visually engaging, and trustworthy, allowing users to quickly understand the services offered and interact confidently with RadmanSoft’s offerings.
Prototyping & Testing
I developed an interactive prototype of the website and tested it with both business users and clients. Their feedback helped identify areas where navigation or content could be confusing. Based on this input, I refined the layout, simplified key interactions, and improved the clarity of service information. These updates ensured that the website is intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging, allowing visitors to easily explore RadmanSoft’s services and interact with the company confidently.
